20+ Millennials and Co. Nostalgically Look Back on Sounds From Their Childhood That Younger Generations Will Never Get to Experience

Where have the good ol' days gone? Nowadays, it seems like all anyone wants to do is look at their phone instead of getting their hands dirty at the playground or in the fields offered to us by Mother Nature. Sure, we gamed back in the day… But we also knew when we needed to get some vitamin D.

Do you remember how nice it felt to hear your mother shout to you from inside the house that supper was ready? Her voice danced between the rays of golden sunlight that, looking back, was the brightest the early evening ever looked to you. As kids, we never stop and think that one day, we won't be seeing the world through fresh eyes (that don't need prescription lenses). Either way, nostalgia has a funny way of bringing us all together.

Even though nostalgia has the potential to dig us deep down into the void, it's important to remind yourself that we experienced a childhood that no generations will ever experience, and those memories of our childhood will remain preserved, picture-perfect, the way we like them. Like each generation has its own quirk, all of these sounds are ours.
